There’s nothing quite like a good steak when it’s all tender and juicy with that special sauce that it marinates in while it gets grilled to just the way you like it. The longhorn steakhouse can deliver such a steak along with much more. Because not only is the longhorn steakhouse a restaurant with delicious food, but it is also a collage of western cowboy rancher accessories… and of course, a number of longhorns. The big wrap-around bar area also contributes to the western ranch vibe of the restaurant.
So, being swayed by the feel of the longhorn, I decided to order a western bacon covered steak. While waiting for my steak to be ready I munched on the freshly baked house bread that was soft and warm, just like you like it. Unfortunately, whenever I finished the drink I had, I had to wait forever to get another one because it was so busy and crowded. Being that the owner decided to stuff about ten more tables into the building than actually fit and it being so crowded, the servers were weaving in and out of tables and people as if they were Lebron James weaving through the defense to the basket. Even though the service could have been swifter, that can’t take away from how mouth watering my steak was. It even made up for the hour wait to be seated.
The longhorn steakhouse can insure two things for you and whomever you dine with, spectacular food and an entertaining night.
